Outstanding academic textbook

An excellent textbook on transpersonal approaches to personality development.
As an instructor, I have used this textbook with ease to plan a course on personality development. It covers both traditional and transpersonal approaches quite well, and offers an extensive range of theories to drawn upon. I undertook a review of several textbooks on this topic, and in terms of examining personality development from a holistic/transpersonal perspective, this book is unmatched.

Great textbook!

As a textbook this was an interesting read. The authors did an outstanding job explaining the theorists from a holistic perspective. So I had a context from which to understand the theory.
