Euclides Coimbra is a Managing Director of Kaizen Institute Iberia and was a student of Masaaki Imai, having spent the last 25 years of his career in the supply chain consulting field, and 14 years with the Kaizen Institute. Must read for serious lean practitioners

Kaizen in Logistics and Supply Chains by Coimbra offers detailed how-to advice on all aspects of flow, takt, cell design, kanban, internal and external logistics, standard work, supermarket design, water spiders, etc. In my opinion, this book is a must read for any lean or six sigma practitioner interested in how to apply lean to their world which, sadly, isn't covered nearly enough by lean thinking authors. I highly recommend this book.

Great Book, great methodology

This book is truly the best in the market. You can use it as your daily bible on subjects like, Prodution Flow, Lean Logisitcs and Planning.
Mr. Coimbra is an example of consultant and one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever known.
From beginners to experts, this book will guide you to a successful Kaizen Lean implementation.
