pioneer work

This is an almost encyclopedic research shared by an author who is not only a synesthete himself, but an experienced designer. The book explores multsensory territory with which many and many designers and design theories have been increasingly flirting in the last decades with strong references in many fields of knowledge and a vast knowledge of design problems. Amazing book, useful for any designer interested in involving more aspects of sensory experience in his/her work.

I liked this book very much

I liked this book very much. Perception is a multisensory phenomenon and I think that an understanding of the factors contributing to the interaction of multimodal information is necessary to obtain more compelling products. In this field, there are very few books and literature. Therefore this book fills an important gap. It is well written, and due to the inclusion of some basic information and concepts, it will also be understandable to the non-expert in the field. It describes in a comprehensible way the fundamentals of the multimodal integration and interaction. Therefore my students use this book as a reference literatur. The applications of the fundamental knowledge in the industrial products are described and illustrated in the book in an excellent way. I clearly recommend this book.
